Josha Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns

• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if the return is due to our error or defective products.

Exchanges

• If you want to exchange an item for the same product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you want.

Non-returnable items
